A RIGHT TO FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION FOR EVERY UGANDAN

Every Ugandan has the right to freedom of expression through any media platform without interference. It’s a right guaranteed to them by the constitution of Uganda. MAKING MORE OUT OF DIGITAL IDENTITY INITIATIVES
