About Cyber Policy

Cyber Policy is an informative and interactive civic participatory platform offering opportunities for public engagement and discussions on decisions and policies that affect internet users and communities in Uganda.

The platform provides knowledge and updates about Uganda’s Cyber laws, public petitions, and litigation related to cyber, as well as focusing on either policy gaps or challenging provisions that infringe on citizens’ cyber rights.

The platform facilitates public engagement using a “collective action” approach.

The Cyber Policy exposes internet users to parliamentary updates on any cyber legislation, institutional directives and executive orders from different government agencies and institutions.
